Our Mission is to Help Professional Service Businesses Develop, and Systematically, Consistently, Execute, Custom Marketing Strategies and Tactics to Catapult Growth and Double Revenue in as Little as One Year
If you offer services in your business, and you need or want to at least double your revenue this year, then you are in the right place.
For the past 25 years, I have immersed myself in the world of professional services marketing, first as a copywriter for an engineering firm, then as the marketing director for central Florida’s largest law firm, and then as a VP of business development for a computer technology consulting company. I’ve also worked with an award-winning marketing and advertising agency, and owned, operated and invested in multiple start-ups including a high-performance fitness training gym, an IT and web design company, and a law firm. As a business attorney, I’ve advised numerous small businesses and solo professionals on matters such as formation, planning and growth strategies.
About four years ago, I delved into the world of digital and social media marketing, learning everything I could about how to leverage the power of the Internet, social selling and mobile technology to promote professional services, attract ideal clients, and generate income. It’s been a fascinating (and, at times, expensive and messy) journey, but the results are nothing short of life-altering.
If you have been struggling with marketing your professional service business in the Age of Social, you are not alone! Here are some of the sentiments other solo professionals and business owners have shared with me:
“I hate blogging! I’m never going to blog, so if I have to blog, well, I’m just not going to…”
“I know I should be using LinkedIn, but I’m not quite sure how.”
“I don’t get business from my website, so I’m not that worried about it.”
“I need more clients, but I don’t have time to do marketing.”
“I hate social media!”
“I know I’m making money in my business, but it never seems to be enough. I feel like I’m drowning.”
“I’ve spent thousands of dollars on programs, but don’t have time to implement them.”
“I feel so overwhelmed.”
“I would just do it myself if I had time.”
Do any of these statements sound like something you have said? I know when I first started marketing my law practice (and my gym), I probably said them all. Here’s the truth: Posting on Facebook every day is not going to do squat for you or your business unless:
- Your prospective clients hang out there;
- You know exactly what you need to say and how you need to say it when you post something; and
- You do it consistently and persistently.
Same thing with LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, your website, your blog or any other marketing, sales or business development tool.
If you want to generate the highest quality leads, work only with your ideal clients, AND make more money, then you MUST start with a planning process customized to your specific needs and goals. Only with planning can you really get a handle on which methods, tools and resources would best serve you and your business.
Doing something just because you think you are “supposed to” or because “everyone is doing it,” is the quickest and surest way to kill your business.
If you are feeling confused, overwhelmed or just annoyed with marketing and business development, I invite you to have a conversation with me. There’s no obligation or pressure, only an opportunity to assess whether I can help you and we are a good fit to work together. Until then, I encourage you to poke around my site, read my blog, watch a video, or see what some of my clients have to say about working with me.

Best Decision I Ever Made
Earlier this year, I was at a fork in the road with my business, either stop or keep going. As small business owners, we tend to use the piecemeal approach due to the fear of cost. Eventually, in the long run, I wasted more money that way. I had to stop the fear and go for it with D. Frederick Media, a one stop shop for small businesses that grows with you. My dream to help families would have died six months ago without the expertise of Davina who had seen my passion far beyond my own limited vision. Needless to say, the best decision I have ever made as a business owner was to ‘go all in’ and collaborate with D. Frederick Media for business rebranding, image consulting, website design and multimedia marketing content. Now, I’m excited for the future of my business.Laurie Reid, LMFT, CAP
Personal Attention, Outstanding Service
This past year I realized the content of my website and its format were over eight years old. I was adding another area of practice to my business, so it was a fantastic opportunity to do a complete overhaul. I had no idea what to do or how to go about it all, so I turned it all over to Davina. Her personal attention extended from image consulting, including helping to shop for the photo shoot, and complete website rebranding and design, from image selection, to layout and editing, to guiding me on the fresh content. Outstanding service and attention to detail! I could not have gotten this done without her.Lori Patton, Esq.
Intelligent, Creative & Insightful
Davina is intelligent, creative, insightful, and very knowledgeable about how to help me put my “best foot forward” to build a new direction in my law practice.Mark S. Sussman, Esq.
